Lord Viscount Olin Vogel was dispatched as Archon Katrina Steiner's representative in the attempted alliance with the Bandit Kingdom, the Oberon Confederation. His position and temperament put him at odds with the mercenaries of Carlyle's Commandos, who had been stationed at Trellwan as the Lyran Commonwealth's defenders of the planet.
He was murdered by the raiders shortly after the initial battle for the Castle on Trellwan.[1]
