[[Davion Reynard|Reynard’s]] occupation of [[Bell]], a [[Sarna Supremacy]] planet, escalates tensions when he demands [[Chesterton]] and [[Highspire]] be handed over to [[Federated Suns|Suns’]] authority. Through a series of subsequent events, Capellan Prime Minister [[Dux, Julian|Julian Dux]] is pressured to retire. He is replaced by [[Tucas, Selak|Selak Tucas]], who is much better equipped to rally the Capellan factions in opposition to Reynard Davion’s demands. (1623p25)
